The Mind Behind The Method:

Keith McChesney is the creator of The Emotional Flow Method and Systems Director at The Inner-Balance Lab. His work bridges neuroscience and lived experience — helping individuals rewire their nervous system, restore regulation, and rediscover calm as their natural state.


The Emotional Flow Method emerged from Keith’s own recovery journey after severe post-concussion syndrome left him navigating chronic migraines, vision dysfunction, anxiety, and emotional instability. When traditional medical approaches failed to offer relief, he turned to the study of neuroplasticity, autonomic regulation, and affective neuroscience — searching for the connection between physiology and emotion.


Through experimentation, observation, and refinement, Keith and his team at The Inner Balance Lab developed a structured, body-first framework that retrains the brain through real-time physiological interruption. Result: The Emotional Flow Method — a process that transforms the biology of stress into the rhythm of peace.

Today, Keith continues developing systems and programs through education, coaching, and research — helping people around the world evolve beyond reaction and live in effortless flow.
